Just walked up to the Gainesville Sonic (California St.) to get the new buffalo chicken bites, and this is a very disappointing product I must say. Tasted overcooked, very dry, not much filling; looked nothing like the photos! 😟 On a happier note, Sadie did really enjoy her pup cup!! 🐶
Service was quick. Ordered pretzel, drinks & ice cream. Drinks & pretzel were delicious & fresh…ice cream tasted “off”. It had a taste similar to freezer burn.
This Sonic is by far the best one around, with managers like Brendan and Kenzie leading the team they execute drive in dining flawlessly. I had some trouble with the app, so I gave the store a call and my concerns were met with the best "let's get this fixed" attitude. It's so refreshing to have such a fantastic customer service experience. Especially in the fast food industry, you can't beat the service that they provided. The rest of the Sonic's in the area need to take a page from this locations play book and step it up. I will definitely be back, without a doubt. I'm thinking Coney's for dinner! You won't be disappointed. Thank you so much you guys made my day!
