Manager got an attitude with me after me wanting to make sure there were no vegetables on the burger- she said since it was such an inconvenience to have to get #1s since they were out of kids meals they’d give me a employee discount. Told her I didn’t need a discount I just wanted no vegis on the burger. Stated again when paying that I didn’t need the discount that I could tell they were busy and maybe the manager was just overwhelmed when she offered it, still trying to be understanding lol. The young man was polite, but when we got home the patty’s were super hard and barely warm lol…the fries and tomatoes were old, and honestly after all the uncalled for sass none of us wanted to eat the food. This isn’t even the first time the food’s been bad, and not the first time they’ve been flustered, but it’s the first time I caught a bad attitude and no matter the convenience of location, I really wouldn’t go back there or suggest them to anyone else.
In a gas station, the lady taking the order really shouldn't be. The food was ready by the time she was done getting it in the computer only because a lady putting orders together was paying attention. (Only reason I have 2 starts) She missed my burger and messed another one up even tho it took forever for her to get it to begin with. They really need to put her in a different position
I ordered 7 slushies and i have never had a bad one until today.... All you taste is the syrup and it definitely has wayyyyy too much.. ... None were mixed at all.. very disappointed in how they taste.. seriously how do you mess up a slushies? Yuckkkk
Food keeps getting worse and worse. Cheese is never melted and always cold. Orders are rarely ever correct. Depends on who is working if you get treated rudely for bringing back your wrong order to be corrected. Tired of giving my money to this place and keeping it in business. Only good thing about it is the drinks. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Dairy Queen.
These ladies in the morning are always on point and extremely nice way to go on a great team
