Came out on a Saturday on a holiday weekend to get our drain flowing before we left on a trip. Prompt, friendly, efficient, and even ran a camera down the line to show us where the problem was so we could get it repaired when we got back.
Had a bad experience with another repair company and was being pushed out for at least a week. Was having a backup problem and needed immediate attention. So I called at 9:30 at night, just asking for info and Sooner Rooter was here promptly the next day to make all necessary repairs to my aerobic system. Very professional and honest with his work and will inform you about why the problems happened and what you can do to prevent it. I have been having issues with the plumbing in my home for years with many visits from different plumbing companies locally. None of those companies were able to fix the issue or offered any advice on a direction to possibly fix the problem. Chris was extremely professional and was very happy to help me identify the actual issue and went over different methods to help maintain the line until I can get a company out to repair the damaged area. Very pleasant experience during a very stressful time. Can’t thank him enough. Chris even took the time to help me locate a tunneling company to possible fix the issue. He went above and beyond. Best customer I've ever encountered with a plumbing company! I called after hours and he was here in 15 minutes to clean out our sewer pipes. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem super quick. He answered all our questions and diagnosed any problems we may have. He didn't try to scam us by paying more for something we didn't need done. ☆☆☆☆☆
I highly recommend Sooner Rooter! Chris was not only responsive (on a Sunday night!) but he was friendly, patient and fair. The red light of doom came on on my aerobic septic on a Sunday night and he took my call, immediately reassured me that he would be right out, and showed up at my door less than 15 minutes later. He took the time to explain how the system worked, did some trouble-shooting, made a repair recommendation and then we agreed to a plan of action. As a new rural homeowner I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
