The coffee tastes good, cinnamon dolce latte, but I was disappointed to find that my Venti cup was only about 2/3 full. It felt like I didn't get my money's worth, and it's something I hope they improve on in the future.

I visit here everyday, and yes sometimes the wait is a little longer than anticipated but they're just humans doing their best with 50 guests staring them down as they continue to work. Plus the whole staff is awesome!

Not my favorite Starbucks location. I feel like you can never go wrong at starbucks. They are all nice and service is even just as great. But here at this location, it doesn't look very clean. Staff seems a little irritated most of the time. And my drink is never that good. And the wait for pick up is ridiculous. I really prefer to drive 20 mins farther and get to a better service and perfect drink.

This place opened right around the height of COVID and the staff has always been terrible. Especially their current supervisor. He is extremely rude and condescending. I have given this location several attempts and evrytimw I'm disappointed. I avoid this place every opportunity I get. I'll drive to Mckinney, 15min away, or Sherman, 22 min away, before I will visit this location. My wife has gone through the drive through several times and everytime the "supervisor" has to be rude. Just avoid this place.

The service was slow. Three baristas looked at me and said nothing. After a few minutes my order was taken by someone who looked frustrated. The drive through service was getting more attention than the walk-in customers. The tables were sticky and the overall condition of the store was cluttered and unclean.
