All I can say is that we used to really like this place for not only it's coffee, but it's atmosphere as well. This is until our recent visit. We were on our way to Dallas for the day and stopped in for a good coffee. We were chatting with the sweet lady who just moved from Colorado telling us her story as she was getting our order, then the owner walked up to her and was not only very demanding with her, but flat out rude. I'm not sure if your other customers are used to or okay with that display of disrespect. But these customers sure are not. We believe your treatment of your employees are a reflection of your business. Thus this is why you've be demoted in your review by us. This is not okay and she definitely did not deserve the embarrassment and public humiliation you put her through. Hopefully we can catch her at the new coffee shop in town someday!
Stay Grounded has become my go-to for great coffee, teas, lunch and desserts. They honestly have it all! They have breakfast too. If you're a hot tea person, try the London Fog! It's a fun place, chic and cozy, but seriously good menu. Just go! You'll love it.
I have only been working in Bonham for about a week give or take and I ventured out to find something to eat or drink. I'm SUPER glad I did!!! The staff was SUPER friendly.. I had an issue with my card and she was very patient and kind!!! I ordered the best banana smoothie I have ever had!!! I will def be back for more!!! I can't wait to try the coffee!!!!
Our first time coming and all I can see is AMAZING, right off the bat before even trying anything. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and helpful! We only got coffee so we haven’t tried the food yet but will definitely be back to explore the food options. The coffee is top tier and will definitely be our go-to spot!
Probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Protein shake is delicious! The reason for 4 stars is the wait time can be very long for two drinks. I recommend calling ahead of time.
