If you order online make sure they don’t get your order mixed with some else’s or they they’ll just trow them all together and they you end up with their order they call you and will try to get the police involved for theft if you don’t come back and pay for. it but if they don’t make the order just like you did on line and you tell them about they’ll just say there is nothing they can do about it but to remake it the way you want it but at you have to pay them again
Placed an order on the App. Order consisted of a melt with extra meat. I only ordered the melt with cheese, ham, onion and Mayo. When I picked up my order I always check my order before leaving. My melt was missing the extra meat. I asked the young lady working and she said her manager said they can not put extra meat on melts because they will not fit in the bag. I asked her then can I receive my refund for the extra meat. She shrugged her shoulders and said my manager has to do that. No manager was around. I asked ok what do we do then she shrugged her shoulders again. MORE training is defly needed for these high school kids and a manager or someone that can give refunds should be available at ALL times. I contacted corporate and the responded via email. They said that melts can defly be ordered with extra meat and this was something they would handle with management. Hopefully in the future I will be able to change this review. This is more of a lack of management training employees properly then anything!
Employees are always friendly food is always fixed exactly as ordered and very delicious
Husband ordered sandwich and I a salad. The person behind behind counter acted as though he could care less about helping us. He only put half portions of many ingredients. We had to ask a good few times to have extra this or that to make it actually a normal sized sandwich and salad. The meat on the salad was not even cut but the literal slices just thrown on the salad. Half the cheese was spilt from the top salad container and he just srugged and didn't even add any in to replace it. Service was slow and very bad customer service. We will not be back.
The sandwich was good. The gentleman that made the sandwiches was very patient with customers and had a fabulous memory as to what customers wanted as extras.
