The dark haired lady is ruuuude! Mumbles foul language under her breath. I’d like to add, this is after we were standing there and a line piling up behind us because she stood there for a minute after looking at us standing there, noticing we’re there, then walked away to the back. The young girl that looked like she was on her break to the side, finally got up to help us all. After she was almost done with our order, the short dark-haired lady comes back and starts slamming stuff around asking my family what we want, as if we haven’t been standing there for 5 minutes already getting our order completed by the other girl. This would be 1 star, if the young, nice blonde-haired girl, didn’t come help us out. She deserves 5 stars. Good job ma’am!

Way below Subway standards. Food safety standards not followed. No reason to mash down the tuna on my sandwich with a gloved hand (when were the gloves changed?) I was shocked by the clerk’s actions and foul language (under her breath towards the register). I should have walked away and gone somewhere else.

It was extremely small. The meat tasted old. The bread was barely even toasted and the kid there didn't even know how to ring up things that he rang one one up like three times. I won't be going back to that one and the drink machine was empty and he didn't know how to replace the bottles

Very disappointed!!!!
My husband went in to order three sandwiches. They were out of olives, and Italian herb bread. Had three wheat loafs left, but the gentleman behind the counter hit them on the counter and they were hard as a rock. Get home, opened my sandwich, there was almost no meat on it and what was on it was rolled up in the back of the bread.
Well definitely drive to Whitesboro next time.

I ordered online. I live maybe 7 mins away. It was over an hour wait online.... didn't care. Whatever. Well... toasted to me is toasted bread an warm... I showed up 15 mins early.... I also requested my quac/avacado (whatever they wanna call what I paid an extra $1.50 at the moment) to be on the side. Honestly nothing was a omg I'm gonna die mistake..... but if I pay and if I request something, (especially when there is a box for it and the request is on your receipt) I feel I should get what I asked for.
