When we visited, the two staff members talking to us didn't seem to speak a lot of English. No hate at all, but one of us had a cinnamon allergy and some authentic Mexican foods have cinnamon in them. Not just the sweet stuff. Asking about food allergies was difficult, so we picked safer sounding stuff. No big deal. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn't stunning. It was fine. I was disappointed with the tacos but some of the other plates were better. Good price.
Ordered 3- sausage, bacon breakfast burritos, and received burritos with HOTDOGS inside 🤔 what the heck. Makes you wonder what kind of meat they are using for the rest of their meals. Then they tried to charge me $8.99 each for these HOT DOG burrito. When someone comes to your restaurant and asks for a SPECIFIC meat for their burrito, they want what they asked for not HOTDOGS or some blah, blah story about what you do in Mexico or what have you. This is FALSE advertising!!
If you know good Mexican food, this spot is a must. We loved it! The lengua tacos were stupid good. The ground beef burrito was amaze balls. And the breakfast burrito was yummmm. The reviews had us a little skeptic - we wish we would’ve tried more. If in the area again, definitely a spot to revisit. Gracias! Todo excelente! Riquísimo.
The food is good…. The owner is the rudest person there!!! If I pay for my food and ask (ONLY MEAT AND BEANS) I expect to get that. She had the nerve to go to my table where my family and I were eating to tell me that I made her waste food, only because I went to return the order that she gave me wrong! As a owner/customer service personnel you should!!!! 1. Have common curtesy to speak to your clients (who Pay for what they asking for!) 2. Confirm the order with your client so this type of problem doesn’t happen! 3. Not make your customer apologize for the wrong order that you personally handed out! This place use to be a favorite of mine but after this all I have to say is you have lost a good amount of clients! As part of a construction company that has been going there for almost a year along with my family and several co-workers and their family YOU HAVE LOST OUR LOYALTY AND PREFERENCE!
Very bad experience. To begin card system was down and had to leave to get cash. The skinny boy at the register took our order while he was doing a million other things so he got our order wrong. So we returned it then the owner had the nerve to come to our table and tell us we were “wasting food” after we returned an order that wasn’t given right to us.This place used to be my companies favorite and we would buy a lot. It’s sad because the food is good. However, the lack of professional ethic from the OWNER really ruined this place.
