I used online purchasing and pickup at the Sherman Target for the first time today. I was super impressed - with how easy and quick it was, and especially with how pleasant and helpful all employees were. I later needed to make a return - No receipt needed! Several offers to make me happy! An employee who specifically helped me shop the toy department to find the perfect replacement. I could not imagine a better Christmas shopping experience!
The only reason I still shopped at target is gone. I would get my basic tank tops here that I really liked, got a new batch just to get them home and realize the new ones are two inches shorter than their older duplicates. Same size, same material, but now looks ridiculous and rides up constantly. 2 inches is a lot! Now I have to give them away. Otherwise the decorations have been disappearing. Food is still too high here. There's nothing fun on the shelves that is quality enough to buy. Can't find good candles anymore. Clothes are straight up bazaar half the time and cheaply made the rest. Time to say bye to Target for good. I'd rather drive to Frisco for clothes.
Two days before Christmas and, of course they are swamped, but everyone was helpful. It took longer to get out of the parking lot than to get my order with the drive-up service, even with the excess amount of orders they had to fulfill. Very happy with their service!
I normally really enjoy my shopping experiences in Target but tonight was just ANNOYING! The music being played in the store was a little on the loud side and NOT in English. This is the United States of America and we speak English here - please do NOT play non English soundtracks over your PA system at a sound level to annoy customers. I overheard several comments about this as I wandered the store as everyone seemed a little agitated.
This is a Super Target, which sells a lot more than clothing and household items! It has all the basics one would need to stock an average house. They had many items on sale when I went and all were well stocked. If you like Target, you will love this one.
