I had a non-emergency, not a current customer, left a voice mail. Gee called me, came over, & completed my request - on a Friday afternoon! I was very impressed as I did not expect a return call till the following week & certainly didn't expect him to do the job that day! Gee is the real deal. He seems to be knowledgeable & honest. He is very friendly and made himself a new customer!
A friend referred this company to me. They were the second company to take a look at my HVAC unit. Once they did a thorough assessment, they told me things that the first company didn’t even catch. He was knowledgeable, explained everything, and reasonably priced. Overall I had a great experience and the service was excellent!
Our AC started making a loud noise. Called and they came out on Monday. Very polite and professional. Got it fixed and showed my husband how to keep up maintenance. Will use again and recommend highly.

Took nearly 24 hours to get a response back only to tell me they weren’t available. Don’t advertise being open 24/7 if you work bakers hours.
