The techs at Todd’s have been wonderful to work with. They were incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so about our geothermal unit on our new home which no one else seemed to know much about. We will continue to use Todd’s for our hvac needs.
Call Hunters Heat and Air. I have always heard good things about them. We have used Todd's Heat and Air services for about 6 years now and our air conditioner and heater still doesn't work properly. We burn up in the summer and freeze in the winter. I currently rent and my landlord has a connection with this provider so my only option is Todd's Heat and Air. 😤 I also tried calling Todd in regards to his reply but as always no answer. I do not recommend anyone to Todd's Lake Country Heat and Air. Don't get me wrong the agent's do their part when they come out but when decisions are being made it always goes up to the chain of command and if they fail to reply they fail not only their customer but their reputation as well. I give 1 star only to the agents who have tried to take care of us.
Every tech that I have had the pleasure of meeting has been amazing. Super helpful, patient with all my questions, courteous, friendly & extremely knowledgeable about their business. They have such a family feeling. Thank you so much Todd's for taking care of me!
Mike Agan is an excellent technician and customer oriented. He asked about my wife and she had passed away after long illness with cancer the day before . At the service today was a beautiful plant from your firm. That is what I call amazing. Thank you for caring!
100% recommend!! Mike was our technician and he was phenomenal! If you are looking for an honest trustworthy HVAC service these are your guys!! I made the mistake of trying the large corporate Super techs down here and thankfully I called Todd’s Lake Country for a second opinion!
