We thought it had to be good if 4 highway patrol cars were there... parked in the back. Well, no! It's dirty, salt, pepper, and soy sauce containers were so sticky I needed to wash my hands! Food was cold, bland, and seemed day old. We'll never be back. Very disappointing, to say the least.
For a restaurant that serves the best oriental buffet, in my opinion, I am blown away by the terrible service. The cashier tried to charge me $70.00 for take out for 2, totaling $35.02. I didn't have my glasses on, so I couldn't read the ticket; thank God my wife caught it. The manager was very helpful, reasonable, and apologized. However, felt disrespected because the cashier never apologized. My family may eat there, but I am not.
We tried to call in a dinner order today. Two entrees and two egg rolls. The woman that answered informed us that the cook “didn’t want to make it right now” and asked if we could wait 40 minutes for her to start it.
Just got done eating a to-go box from here (1/18/21) I’m mostly disappointed about how they charge for to-go boxes. The prices are not a flat rate or even displayed. They literally look at how much you are buying, guess the weight and put a price to it. It isn’t priced by weight neither. Here are two photos of the boxes I purchased. The total was $18 and change. I’m upset about this because the guessing of the food price is overly charged. The quality of flavor isn’t all that great either. Not a good first time experience.
Food is normally really good sometimes there is an off lunch but dinner is the best bet. Personal issue the ceiling is too dark, feels lower than it is, can't get over it thus why I gave only three stars for atmosphere.
