Ordered soup and baked potato. Simple, right? There was a large chunk of a hamburger patty in my CHICKEN tortilla soup and the sour cream on the potato was curdled & the consistency of cottage cheese. I was told “I really don’t know what you want me to do. Other foods are cooked in the kitchen so sometimes things end up in other things” and when I requested a refund, I was told “I don’t have a way of doing a refund.”
I have tried giving this place chance after chance (after ordering a club sandwich but receiving a single slice of turkey on dry bread and even after they tried to charge me $23 for a salad because I asked for extra chicken on the salad- I was charged for the salad and an entire chicken MEAL), but it’s clear that customer service isn’t a priority and they don’t take pride in their food so we definitely won’t drop another dime in this place. And that sucks because there’s a lot of us that work nearby and appreciate grabbing lunch from local restaurants.

Awesome find!! Cozy and quiet place off the “tracks”. Food was good. Chocolate cake topped off the perfect meal. Portions are generous. Natalie was our server and she was always making sure that we were taken care of. We will be back!!

Cool little one of a kind diner. Country cooking comfort food. Great fries and loaded baked potato. Great atmosphere and the music wasn't blaring. Prices were reasonable.

Excellent finer and service. Our waitress Natalie was superb. I had chopped steak, baked potato, fried okra, and a roll. Enough for a second meal. The coconut cream pie was wonderful. Cool train running around the top of the wall

Just ate here for the first time and the food was great! Hot, fresh, and fast. Appetizer platter was really good and came with more than we had expected. Chicken fried chicken was a little better than the steak but both were incredible. Don’t miss out on the onion rings. Best classic American diner we’ve been to in a long time and a really cool atmosphere with old classic trains.
