Jason and his team are professionals and provide excellent quality work at very reasonable prices. I hired many contractors to complete my garage and Jason undoubtedly was the best! They make sure that the customer is 100% satisfied with the job and stand behind their work. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would not hesitate to hire him again.
I would give less than a 1 star if I could. After setting up an appointment with them they forgot. I called they said sorry I will send the tech over. After a few hours of waiting I called Jason again and he said oh the techs not there yet. After a few more hours I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Very unprofessional no customer service. A whole day wasted because they couldn't be honest and communicate appropriately. I won't be wasting my time with that joke of a company again!!!!!
He came over to look at a job and said he would come back the next morning to fix it. The next morning he never shows up and avoids my phone calls. I had someone else call him he answers and says he never said he would come in the morning.
My go-to electrician. Jason puts his customers first and is extremely reasonable on pricing. I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of work.
