Such a bunch of scammers. Water heater was under warranty and it wasn’t until it was installed that they said it would be $900!!! That’s the cost of a new water heater plus installation. No price was mentioned til work was completed! Avoid them!!!
The cold water handle broke off in my shower and after more than 3 months my home warranty would not approve the proper repair. I contacted Veteran's Plumbing on my own. They came out the same day and completed the repair once parts were received. They did a great job fixing my shower and restored my faith in humanity!
Initially charged $1700 for a water leak repair while I was out of town. My son dug the hole out and did all of the hard work for them. All they had to do was repair a leak in an outdoor water line. David said he'd do my wife a favor by reducing the charge to $1300. When I called they said they would not provide an itemized receipt to account for their time or materials. All it had on the invoice is "Plumbing leak repairs" or something akin to that. I see that others have had the same issue. I will never recommend Veteran's Plumbing to anyone. I would leave zero stars if I could.
