Very clean room! Clean bedding no burns, holes or stains. Nice and clean floors. The bathroom is immaculate! Coffee maker soap shampoo clean bath towels, hand towels, face towels. Very nice staff! We will return 110

Lots of long term residents. The property is well past it's prime. The rooms do have some nicer remodel attempts (new floors, etc), but overall it is pretty run down and I would not like to stay there. Owners are nice.

Check in was smooth, and fast. Clean rooms, a little outdated but nice overall. One of the beds slanted down and to the left and the pillows are smallish and no snack vending machine (but they have a soda machine and ice), oh also no pool, it’s cracked and empty (there is a nice city pool down the road though). But other than those few little issues it’s not a bad place to stay. They have a mini fridge and a microwave which is always a bonus. AC took awhile but worked great. Would 100% stay again, just bring more snacks and my own pillows.

Very pleasant stay. Bed comfortable, no bugs. Service at desk was very good. Key actually worked the first time I tried it (rarely happens anywhere I stay). Thought the price was good, only thing I could find to complain about was the a/c did not keep the room as cool as I prefer. Turned thermostat down to 64 and it still didn't do the trick. I'll be back if I'm in the area again.

The room was VERY noisy!! The noise from the road was very BAD. We had both white noise machines turned up and still had a poor nights sleep. The windows are single pane and the door is poorly fitted to the frame. Unless you are hard of hearing, this is NOT a place to sleep after a long day on the road.
The breakfast was a joke - cold cereal and some kind of pasty in a sealed package - wonder how old?
