Their online pick up is always quick and efficient. However, had to give 4 out of 5 stars due to poorly stocked, which is the upper management's fault, which unfortunately reflects poorly on this location.
Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart. Well, it's Wal-Mart all of them are the same. Lol. But I do have to say don't be full by their parking lot being full you can achieve a quick in and out. Gotta love Paris for that. For the most part aisle are well stocked. You can always find people if you need help, they are always willing to help even if they aren't smiling. Lol Produce nice and fresh. Store is clean, the beauty section always seems to lack..mmmm.... beauty, it always looks disorganized and messy. Don't know if it's the women customer's reflection of homes or the store personnel that are also women and that is why is messy. J/K but really the aisle can use a little tighty up. Suggestion Box: staff needs to smile and have work urgency. It can be hard to approach a fround face. Bathroom need to be kept up with. Staff is easy to find for help on the food side but on the home side can be a task.
What store would shut down their Customer Service Department? Bonham Walmart! When I walked in shortly after 5pm an associate was closing off the line to Customer Service. I thought this odd, but continued on to buy a car battery. I had to wait in line with several people before it opened at 5:45pm and as a manager walked by I tried to ask why a store would close Customer Service he didn't have the decency to stop and explain. Shows what they think of customers
i hate to sound cliché, but i would give half a star or even no stars if i could. i almost always get salads from here on my grocery orders and the amount of “rusted” lettuce from my salad today is disgusting. how hard is it to use fresh lettuce?
So walmart is the only grocery store with in miles of my house. So they have you do their job(self checkout) then have a receipt police at the door. Yet you trust me to do a checker's/cashier's job, bag boys job but not enough to walk out without checking if I stole something.
