They gave me the wrong order and punished me for it . I'm just in shock 😲 saw the gm bigger sized male walking around proud about it. I work at a fast food restaurant now and already know whataburgers procedures, and this is what they gave me . Meat undercooked (probably the meat that they put aside for size chili) . Cheese on the bottom bun . Thats ok I'm going to cooperate.
Absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced! I normally don't complain or bring food back, but when I order something with extra sauce and it's completely dry, I thought I should let them know. When I brought half of my burger back and showed the manager, she argued with me saying that she had watched the girl put it on both sides. I said "where?" Opening the burger and showing nothing on the bottom, and MAYBE a drop on top. She said "well, I'd usually make you another one, but you've already eaten it" .. I said "You're really going to argue with me on this? I ate about Half , hoping I would find a bite with sauce in it, while driving, before I pulled over to safely look at the rest of it and see that it was just as DRY!" At this point she had already turned and walked into the back, leaving me alone and in disbelief at the horrendous service. I'll admit, in anger I did throw the rest of my burger and drink at the back wall and walked out.. at which point the manager followed me out cussing me and flipping me off. . I typically stop by this Whataburger three days a week on my way home from work,but i will NEVER eat at this Whataburger again!.. ps I stopped at the Whataburger in whitesboro since I was still hungry, and had a 💯 Wonderful experience! The food was perfect and everyone was extremely nice! I will be leaving them a 5star review.
They always get my order right and are kind and patient! Even if the line is long in the drive through, it moves pretty quickly. Food is always fresh and delicious.
They couldn't make a simple order around 12am. Waited in drive thru 😫 for over 30 minutes to receive bad product. Fries was cooked very hard. The #2 burger was gross a whole pattie was missing. Carl one of the management member was very unprofessional, yelling at me like I was a child saying he wasn't going to replace my food. Showed my receipt, then he stated it wasn't bought from his location. I don't know what they are smoking at this location. They owner should clean house ASAP
Great experience for my family from New York since they don't have one yet over there, so they were so excited when I take them here, Manager Jonathan really did a fantastic job with our order, and very kind. Thank you so much.
