Really good place. The fajita taco was awesome. My burger was very good. The fries were great and the spicy ketchup was a treat. Wish they had this place up north.
Hamburger no flavor, not like they use to be taste like soybean or a veggies burger. Weird texture , fries were good. Service was excellent
Hard place to get into and out of. Food fast, courteous and great taste. Texas dept of hwy needs to help. Intersection is terrible. WHATABURGER great as always.
It's never a good experience at the Whitesboro Whataburger. The lines are always out to the street, not because their so 'good', but because they are the most unorganized and under trained staff I have encountered. We were in line in the drive thru when I realized the line wasn't moving, either line (and both lines were out to the road). I was stuck. I decided not order outside and to go inside but I couldn't get out of the lanes, my bad-I thought they had another lane beyond the outside lane, They had a grandfatherly aged man come out and take money. Cool, I explained I had decided to go inside but got stuck, and asked if he could order us 2 drinks. (Yep that's all we needed) He's like yea, yea, I'll be right back to get your payment...he kept coming back out, serving everyone else, keeping eye contact with me and smirking. OK, once again, cool. I made the mistake. I'm not getting mad at him, for my mistake, But he is a liar, and likes to play games. I wish him well. Almost 20 minutes later I was able to go inside and it was total mayhem. They had 3 orders wrong, people standing around while employees running around in a state of confusion. One employee lifts her hat and is running her fingers through her hair (gross!) saying " I can't find it! It's not back here. Are you sure you ordered it? Call your wife and see if she ordered it" 😳 And the only friendly one was the new trainee taking my order. Barely 18 I'm guessing and traumatized by the other workers. All the while grandpa is walking through with his smirk, which I politely smiled back, knowing I will never go back. We won't go back to Whitesboro Whataburger. They won't miss us anymore than we will miss them, but we will get better service in Sherman and Gainesville.
I love Whataburger! This location had trouble with getting my toppings as ordered. The price on the menus are not the same as what is charged. Very busy location even at 1:30 pm
