My first time stopping at a Whataburger. I got the sweet heat burger fries and drink. Hubby got the jalapeno burger and added bacon. Burgers are good size. I remember when the "other" burger places had burgers this size. My burger had a good tang. Was very sticky, had to washy hands before finishing my fries. Love the spicy ketchup not really spicy but had good flavor. Thumbs up and would try another time. Hope they put some in Illinois.
Such a great experience! Went through the drive through last night and they were sooo many cars and it was so busy. But every employee we encountered (which was probably 3-4) were all so kind and had great attitudes, communicated clearly and kindly. They got the food out quick and correctly and the burger…oh wow. It was the best burger I have gotten from whataburger! All the condiments and veggies were perfectly proportioned, bun was perfectly toasted. It was so delicious it’s gonna be difficult for me to not go back there again today! 10/10 experience and we were very impressed. Don’t know if they got new management or if they just started making changes, but either way y’all were awesome!!
Coming here to pick up delivery orders and the service is very slow. The manager is not very good at working with his staff. The music that comes from the kitchen area is loud. The staff do not look happy, nor do they smile when waiting on customers. There is one older lady who tries to be polite and smile as well as try to get the orders out as best as she can. I stood for several minutes with the staff going past me, not even acknowledging me, and she came around to the counter to help when she noticed me. From the experiences of getting the delivery orders, I would not eat here!
This place is horrible. Every time we go there something goes wrong. The sodas are constantly gross, and we have to have them change it out every time. Tonight we had to have them change them. Then we got home and realized several items were missing from our order. The person at the window didn't know how to scan the app for rewards points, or use a gift card. And the workers always look lost and confused. I think this is the last time we will go to this one. Such a disappointment.
The wait here is always long. They do not keep an eye on tea levels. Customer service is poor. The place has really went down hill. They are always messing up people's orders. Just sit and watch how many people have to take their food back up to the counter because they messed up their order. You tell them that your order is for dine in and they bring it to you in a to go bag. Corporate, please come take a look at this place.
