Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. There are plenty of other reputable plumbing companies that will do right by their customers. Wilson McLain is the company that clarity homes uses for their plumbing in wildcat ridge. We had multiple issues with their work like our shower diverter not being connected so the first time we used our shower we ended up with a living room full of water. Now our bathroom toilet is wobbly. Assuming it was just a poor wax ring I took the toilet off to investigate. And turns out they never secured the flange to the floor. Aka plumbing 101. Something even a new apprentice should be competent enough to do. The reason they didn’t secure it to the floor is the main drain pipe isn’t aligned with the hole. So they settled for an offset flange and half heartedly installed it. After a year of use the pressure from sitting on the toilet caused the PVC on the flange to break from not being secured. Good luck if you use this company. You’re going to need it….
Truck 113 on 11/2 was highly unprofessional, blocking anyone from merging, driving recklessly and making rude hand gestures…. In the city y’all work in to its citizens. Just based of the poor professionalism I truly would never trust y’all in my home or my families homes. Strong no
God help you if you have to speak with the “manager” Teresa. She’s rude and unprofessional at best. Quality of work in my mothers new home has been awful. One issue after another and having to deal with their “service” department is a joke. Teresa wouldn’t know good customer service if it kicked her in the face. We will be working with the builder to have a real plumbing company fix the shoddy work done by Wilson McLain.
This company just hit my vehicle and the driver ran off! Reporting them to the police as a hit and run!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL
Barely 4 months in our new build and our home smells like sewage. This is not the first plumbing issue either. Concerned this won’t be resolved and we will be forced to live in construction due to Faulty installation.
