Went today for Sunday Buffet.
I live in Sherman and my niece just moved to Bonham. What a charming, friendly down home gem.
Crowd was an assortment of young parents with their toddlers, county Judge and every local down to earth kind, polite happy locals. I must of said hello to every table as I passed by.
I felt like I was a young boy in my Grandparents kitchen.
Buffet was excellent, simple fresh southern favorites. Chicken fried steak was better than my Grandma.
Warm fruit cobbler served by young lady was like asking a family member to fill my bowl up and top it with soft serve.
God bless these people who haven't forgotten that a smile and great attitude goes a long way.
Plan on trying the week day buffets soon.
To all the employees I tip my hat and praise your down home , welcoming hospitality.

We stopped in for lunch around 12:30pm. The salad area was nice while most of the warm food area pf the buffet looked like it had been there for a whole and was mostly over-cooked or dried out. Honestly, after reading all of the great reviews, we were disappointed. We can say that we have been there and we don't have to go back.

This restaurant, set in a rustic building, has an all you can eat buffet that included fish, shrimp and more. Very much recommend. Is great for groups....be sure to call ahead though. The place is busy at night.

This is a hidden gem. The service and atmosphere were great. The food was phenomenal. The woman at the front on January 22nd 23' was the sweetest thing. We came in for dinner and she was so helpful and friendly. We miss living in tiny towns like this because these places offer such kind and caring people. It's like being home. Sorry we had to go back home, reality called us. Thank you for the great experience, we will be back anytime headed that way.

This place will catch your eye when you first walk in. The time they have put into decor and atmosphere is really amazing. A town like Windom is the only kind of town you where can find a restaurant like this. A small town, a really small town. It is worth stopping. The food variety is really good. The food temperature is really good. The desert I had was homemade. I had lunch on a Wednesday and paid $11. That is cheap for a buffet now days. That includes main courses, salad bar, drinks and desert. Everything is included. All you have to do is show up, pay at the door before you eat (it's as you come in on your right) and eat. There are two bad reviews that I seen. I wholly disagree. If you can recommend Jason's Deli over The Feed Sack, you probably should have never stopped in the first place. Just saying.
