I had placed a order in the store for bone in wings. When I came back home all the wings were boneless. When I spoke to the lady when I called to let them know of the situation, she told me to bring the wings back to the store to get the bone in wings cause she had no proof the wings I received were boneless. And I told her that I lived a hour away from Ardmore and she could do anything.

I just went to wing stop and ordered 24 boneless wings and it took forever I went in to check 3 or 4 times and they gave me a bag with a buffalo chicken sandwich and I called them back to see what I could do and they just hung up on me

Hit and miss here. I do think they should put hot wings in a different container so the hot sauce doesn't get all over another flavor of chicken. Especially one that isn't hot, and was ordered for kids, but that's my opinion.

Called to see what time they closed never answered the phone. Got off work to order wings the cashier said online orders only. I went to order my food on the app and was having trouble I asked a manager for help and the manger said they could not help me and won't be able to make my order even after the manager stated online orders only manger was very rude and could have politely said as I first walked in that they were not taking anymore orders. Never coming back or ordering from this place again.

first time trying a wingstop was in waco i must say i was rather impressed with the different flavor selections im pretty fond of the chick and fries
