I had to come back in to make sure I tasted what I tasted the 1st time!!! This Wingstop and the Wingstop in Shreveport Louisiana are neck and neck on who has the ABSOLUTE BEST WINGS IN THE WINGSTOP NATION!! Sherman Commons Wingstop, I applaud you as a very new and loyal customer!! Thank you for putting your feet in it! ( not literally) Great job, ABSOLUTELY BEST WINGS IN DFW!!!
I placed a order for 2 combos- 8 pc Hawaiian and garlic parmesan w/ fries. 10 pc hot extra extra wet/mango habanero extra extra wet w/ carrots. Order of 5 pc Cajun corn. I live maybe 5 mins from location in mind. My husband gets home with the food and we pull the food out of the bag and first thing I see are burnt fries. Felt the fries and they were cold as can be like we got leftover fries. Pulled out the rest of the food. My husband opened his wings and that’s when I noticed that the hot was dry. There was no sauce that you could see on the wings and hardly any at the bottom. So I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager a gentleman gets on the phone and asked how he could help me so I told him what had happened. He told me that he could either replace my order if I bring it back up or he could not do anything about it. And then I told him that if I go back up there, I would like a refund plus I would like my food re-cooked to. He said well let me talk to my GM and put me on hold. He gets back on the phone and tells me he cannot do that. The only way they could fix my order is if I brought it back up either they can give me a refund or they can replace the order. We use our gas to go to Wing Stop to pick up the food. We have to pay for to bring it home and to get what we did not order. I didn’t ask for cold fries and I pacifically asked for wet wet wings when I place the order. If they cannot make them worse than they should let you know that. Something does not make sense so then when I asked him his name, he said I cannot give you my name and I said, but you’re the manager and he goes no I’m not the manager I’m speaking for her because she does not speak English. Why do they have somebody speaking in place for the manager? And they say they cannot give the cashiers names, but when they answer the phone they say their name. Yeah I will not be going back to this location again. Every time I go here it’s always something with them. They do not even deserve to have any review stars on here.
One of the better wingstop experiences I’ve had! The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. My food was hot, fresh, and prepared quickly and correctly.
First want to say I have no complaints about the food! The Cajun meal deal is definitely worth it! However, the host/cashier is not the friendliest. A friend and me came in 2 days ago and she had a very dry personality. No big deal, but then we waited for our food for 20 minutes, not bad considering they were busy. But I got my food after waiting 20 minutes and she ordered directly after me and she still hadn’t gotten hers. We ended up getting a refund for hers and I didn’t eat mine because that would have been rude. Fast forward to today and same host was working and still had a dry personality doesn’t smile responds kind of Rudly and doesn’t make us feel like we are having a good experience maybe she needs some coaching on customer service
Make great wings. If you ask for light seasoning to help with less salt intake, they will make it for you this way. They receive online or phone orders easily and without hassle. To call in and pick up and go with no hassle is great.
